Demo Data, Product Disclaimer & Acceptable Use Policy

Important limits on illustrative D-ONE data, product previews, and acceptable use of the public experience.

This Demo Data, Product Disclaimer & Acceptable Use Policy applies to https://www.durandisseone.com and the public D-ONE product experience. It is a pre-publication draft pending legal review and is not yet in force.

1. Demo and illustrative data

Numbers, names, locations, loads, rates, dates, statuses, messages, documents, map details, and operational conditions shown in the public D-ONE experience may be illustrative, synthetic, incomplete, or selected to explain a workflow. They are not a live feed, a current freight offer, a carrier record, a customer record, or evidence that a transaction occurred.

Do not treat an illustrative record as an instruction to dispatch, accept, reject, route, pay, invoice, settle, insure, or communicate about a real shipment. The public experience does not replace an organisation’s systems, policies, qualified personnel, or legal and regulatory review.

2. Product boundaries

The public Site is a showcase environment. It has no production database, live authentication, live mailbox connection, or live freight-provider connection. Features may be session-only, advisory, simulated, or incomplete. ELOHM and DIAL references describe intended product boundaries and do not represent a connected autonomous service.

Any production integration, account, subscription, data-processing arrangement, support commitment, or service level requires separate written documentation. The final entity and commercial terms remain [LEGAL ENTITY AND COMMERCIAL TERMS — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW].

3. No reliance for live operations

Do not rely on the public Site for safety-critical, time-critical, regulatory, financial, medical, employment, insurance, or legal decisions. Verify all information independently against authoritative records before acting. Users remain responsible for hours-of-service compliance, routing and weather decisions, equipment suitability, customer and broker commitments, cargo handling, security, and the accuracy of their own records.

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, insurance, safety, dispatch, brokerage, or transportation advice.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Site to learn about Durandisse One, review its public product story, contact the team, and evaluate whether a separately discussed service may be relevant to your organisation. Keep any access credentials private if a future authenticated experience is provided, and follow the instructions and policies that apply to that service.

Respect privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, system integrity, and the rights of people and organisations represented in any information you handle.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use the Site to commit or facilitate unlawful conduct; send malware or unsolicited bulk messages; attempt unauthorised access; test or defeat security without written permission; reverse engineer or copy protected components; harvest personal information; misrepresent a shipment or party; upload confidential or regulated information to the public form; or use the preview to make decisions that require verified live data.

We may restrict access or preserve information when reasonably necessary to protect people, the Site, or legal rights. The final enforcement and notice process remains [ENFORCEMENT PROCESS — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW].

6. Reporting and changes

Report suspected security issues, inaccurate public content, or misuse through [REPORTING CONTACT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW]. Do not include sensitive personal or confidential freight information in a report unless a secure channel has been provided.

We may revise this policy as the product and legal review progress. The effective date is [EFFECTIVE DATE — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW]. The legal entity, address, governing law, and venue remain [LEGAL ENTITY, ADDRESS, GOVERNING LAW, AND VENUE — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW]. This page remains a pre-publication draft and is not yet in force.
